It’s Almost Time!

It’s hard to believe that in two months our lives will change like we have never experienced change before. New Country, new culture, new language, new foods, new clothes, new home and new ministry opportunities. We are still amazed at how everything has transpire and especially at how quickly! Cahaya Bangsa Classical School will be the place that we will be working for the foreseeable future. JoAnn and I are both excited and grateful for the opportunity to serve and teach along 60 other devoted and talented staff members. We are going with a desire to serve and also to learn much.

Business is sold. Our last month living in Ohio will be June, 2019. Our possessions are either given away, sold or being “housesat” in Ohio, Pennsylvania and Connecticut. We are taking just 4 suitcases and possibly my golf clubs. No winter clothes will make the journey! Truth be told, we are looking forward to traveling light and just enjoying “the trip.” We are also upgrading some electronic equipment so it can run on 220 volts. It was fun charging our phones when we visited in January. They charge fast! Continue to have us in your thoughts and prayers. It’s almost time!

“I keep fighting voices in my mind that say I’m not enough
Every single lie that tells me I will never measure up
Am I more than just the sum of every high and every low?
Remind me once again just who I am, because I need to know

You say I am loved when I can’t feel a thing
You say I am strong when I think I am weak
You say I am held when I am falling short
When I don’t belong, You say that I am Yours”

“The only thing that matters now is everything You think of me
In You I find my worth, in You I find my identity…

I believe, yes I believe what You say of me

I believe”

Songwriters: Paul Mabury / Lauren Ashley Daigle / Jason Ingram

For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Jeremiah 29:11
